Re: Should laws be “flexible”?

Another day, another attack on the rule of law by the Obama administration.  This time the executive branch will review illegal immigration cases on a “case-by-case” basis to determine who should be deported and who will be allowed to live and work here.

The decision would, through administrative action, help many intended beneficiaries of legislation that has been stalled in Congress for a decade.

Administrative action now replaces legislation.  Why even bother having a Congress anymore?  Emperor Obama can do it all – make the laws and interpret them.  It would be nice if he would exercise his actual, Constitutional power of enforcing the law, however.
