Some Job Creation Tips from California

Obama is unveiling  a grand job creation package soon.  I don’t have high hopes for it, but here’s a tip, Obama: do the opposite of whatever California is doing.  According to an article today in Bloomberg:

Just 55.4 percent of working-age Californians, defined as those 16 or older, had a job in July, down from 56.2 percent a year earlier and the lowest level since 1976, the Sacramento- based California Budget Project said in a report released late yesterday.

I’m not sure how one gets a 12% unemployment rate when over 55% of Californians at employment age aren’t working, but will chalk that up to the vagaries of statistics.

Bottom line: California is at the bleeding edge of Democratic/Progressive social policies and they’re making Californians poor and miserable.  The Democrats may be the party of free candy, but man cannot live on candy alone.  We need some fiber in our diets, aka work.

Stop the madness!
