Since the Obamacare ruling, I have been feeling quite depressed about America’s prospects. Personally, this Independence Day felt more like a wake than a celebration. So for now I will have to be happy about the small victories.
And there was one today in Maryland. Blogger Aaron Walker, previously arrested and interdicted from future blogging about one Brett Kimberlin, has had that ruling overturned. It was an obvious win for free speech, but right now I’ll take what I can get.
